1. The service

SoftiMap Family is an app for coordinating your family's location, trips, events, tasks and messages. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Account and family

An account requires a valid email. The person creating a family becomes its owner. Invites are one-time and have an expiry.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to track another person without their knowledge and consent.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service or bypass security measures.

4. Location data

Location sharing works only when enabled and after granting device permissions. See the privacy policy for details.

5. Navigation and maps

Routes, estimated arrival times and traffic information are indicative. The driver is responsible for safe driving. Maps are based on open map data.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". SoftiMap does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or data accuracy in every case.

7. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features, giving advance notice of material changes. You can delete your account at any time.
